Karoline Maria Wibmer is a qualified Shiatsu practitioner and coach for mindfulness and trauma awareness with a focus on “healing self-contact in the WE”. She accompanies people in groups, workshops and individual work. She invites people to listen to the space between individual aspects inside and outside. To give space to one's own movement, which can support the restoration of inner order from the inside to the outside. She began her teaching of massage as early as 1990. Even then, she was very concerned with the themes of being touched and being moved and stillness. So already in her early 20s she began to practise Zen meditation on the one hand and to study the depth of life and relationship spaces on the other. Over the years, her continuous training changed from bodywork to process work, meditation and mediation. Further training such as non-violent communication, Marshall Rosenberg, trauma-informed work/collective trauma with Thomas Hübl, peace work with Scilla Elworthy, mediation with William Ury, relationship work with Terry Real, deep conversation with David Whyte Professional activity. She worked as a self-employed masseuse since 1998 and Shiatsu practitioner since 2007. She worked in the medical practice of Dr. med. Albin Perz in Graz 2008-2013: patient counselling (including stress management), bioresonance (testing and treatment), assistance with constellation work. In addition, she practises holistic coaching, process accompaniment since 2013 as well as holistic accompaniment of cultural, social and economic projects: group dynamics, personality development, conflict transformation, etc. since 2013. She has also been doing dramaturgical counselling and process accompaniment (creative and group dynamic processes, conflict transformation) of art projects since 2018. Also since 2018, she teaches groups and workshops on mindfulness, movement meditation, healing self-contact, trauma awareness. Since 2020 she leads trainings for artists and teaches tools for relationship-space-care and energetic sustainability in professional art projects. Karoline Maria lives in East Tyrol with her son, born in 2010, and her two cats.
