Specialized in organic grooves from all around the world, Skull Disco as part of the local DJ-collecive RARE GROOVES Vienna, will bring the heat from distant shores right onto the dancefloor. Thanks to his past as Drum‘n‘Bass-, Techno-, House- & Hip Hop-nerd , there will also be some sprinkles of beter known „hits“ for those who dig all kinds of clubmusic. Expect the unexpected.
It all started over 20 years ago with a love for hip hop and exploring its origins. From this point of view, he diggs through soul, funk, disco, psychedelic rock, reggae and much more from different continents. In 2002 he teamed up with Dizzy Dee to form the Dj Team Mischgeschick. This duo became H.D.X. through HannA, a trio with a focus on contemporary club music. In between, XatXat organizes club nights, hip-hop festivals and concerts to support Austrian artists. In his DJ sets, XatXat plays everything from rare grooves, hip hop to disco and from funk to club music from the most diverse continents, a colorful mix of countries and genres without borders.
