She could no longer stay in Argentina. “This work is a farewell,” says Marina Otero. She presented the premiere of LOVE ME in Buenos Aires as an act of rupture and then fled to Spain. It has become a solo as a sequel to her previous work FUCK ME, which Otero wrote together with a friend, the director Martín Flores Cárdenas. And she confesses that “this work speaks about the darkness and violence I carry inside me.” A work as dark as it is sober, dominated by its multilayered text and an explosive punk dance.
