"Délire Défait" In his solo work "Delire Defait" Benoit Lachambre, probably Canada's most radical choreographer and one of the most intensive dancers in the entire international scene altogether, depicts the image deposits of people in the modern media. Lachambre sits on a folding chair in front of a camera. This transfers a picture of his face to a monitor. Behind the performer there is a self portrait in the style of Oscar Wilde's "Picture of Dorian Gray." The dancer, tripled articulates: "I am a documentary junkie" - a text about the hybrid nature of media reality and, in wild transformations, mutates into a cawing bird.
