Book Presentation „Hanna Berger – Auf den Spuren einer Tänzerin im Widerstand“ Political dance: Andrea Amort in search of traces of the dancer, choreographer, resistance fighter and idealistic communist Hanna Berger (Vienna 1910 – East Berlin 1962). In postwar Vienna, Berger was involved in the reconstruction of a legendary childrens’ theatre, when she was caught in the crossfire between political and artistic fronts. An intensive life, in which certain artists as Fritz Cremer, Paul Kont, Walter Felsenstein and Marcel Marceau had a share. Presented by Andrea Amort "N.N." Choreography: Willi Dorner, 2006, within the frames of the programme "Hanna Berger: Retouchings" for "österreich tanzt" at the Festspielhaus St. Pölten. Curating: A.A. Dance: Esther Koller "Die Unbekannte aus der Seine" Choreography: Hanna Berger, 1942, Music: Claude Debussy, Production: Ottilie Mitterhuber, 1995 for "Tänze der Verfemten" within the frames of Antifaschistischen Tage in Linz im Posthof (Direction & Overall Choreography: Esther Linley).
