On December 14, 2011, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker received the Golden Order of Merits of the Province of Vienna by Cultural Councillor Dr. Andreas Mailath-Pokorny. The ceremony of decoration took place in the Odeon theatre, ImPulsTanz director Karl Regensburger delivered the speech in honour.
