The Ecstatic Body Floor is a workshop based on dance-floor practices, self-experiencing and mindfulness. At the core of this journey is the experience of different body states like being moved by a free flow of movement, breath and sound. This is a re-connection to what it means to be moved from the inside and outside. We will access the power of celebration in order to transform and interact over distance.
