Based on the thousands of years old Southern Indian martial arts Kalaripayattu, we work at the intersection between dance and combat. Both art forms deal with the body, consciousness and presence in different ways. The holistic concept of this class supports the participants to dive into new physical and mental territory and offers space to explore their own limits and to expand their own repertoire of movements.
