Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga® is a bit like rock’n‘roll. With every breath we take, we nourish the golden sun in our stomach and connect with the joy in and around our body. We expand our movement possibilities, are mindful of small vibrations and strengthen our centre with the pelvic floor. It is not the final form that is most important, but the way to get there and how.
