RELEASZ means regenerating, lively, energising, affirmative, somatic and contemporary dancing. maRia combines elements of Somatic Learning, Contact Improvisation with low weight transfer and Contemporary Dance in this class. We roll, glide, move with momentum and learn dance technique tricks. In the movement we feel and touch each other and let dance emerge from the moment.
