All workshops can be booked as of now. Beginners and professionals alike are invited to dance and improvise with internationally renowned teachers in the relaxing atmosphere of the light-flooded studios of Arsenal. The programme includes classes ranging from African dance and ballet to hip hop and contemporary dance by Salim Gauwloos, Libby Farr, Joe Alegado, Comfort Fedoke and many more.

Professional dancers and choreographers can now apply to 10 Research Projects: Ulduz Ahmadzadeh dedicates herself to unexplored and underrepresented movement material of pre-Islamic, Middle Eastern cultural heritage. Antonia Baehr and Jule Flierl devote themselves to the voice as well as reading (aloud) and writing texts. Alexander Gottfarb and Clélia Colonna consider dance as work (on a field) in their 3-week Pro Series. And Stefanie Wenner’s Field Project you dance with colours.

The workshop bookings are in full swing and here we have already the first additions! Nicole Peisl, who has worked with William Forysthe for 14 years, teaches an open-level course in which body, heart and mind are brought into harmony. Ibou Bá shows traditional, diverse polyrhythms from Senegal in his drum workshop. And Futurelove Sibanda teaches one of his popular African dance classes for beginners.
