Hatha-Yoga/Bien Temperé how to create a maximum of effect with a minimum of effort „All those years of involvement in Yoga I have been experiencing it as a physical training that offers a key to another level of awareness. An honest alibi for spiritual and emotional growth. While I begin such a journey I become sensitive and I start sensing my body with the vision to cleanse and honour it. With honesty and respect I challenge my nature, challenging who I am in every moment of life. The strength of this experience is the stillness the postures are creating. When practiced with a spirit of well-being they can be transformed into moments of inner silence and joy. Precise breathing technique will increase the quality of concentration needed for such meditative practice and will support the body towards a healing process. During a session there is a constant dialogue with inner and outer impulses. The way I have been introduced to Hatha Yoga is based on the principle of how to create a maximum of effect with a minimum of effort...! A classical Yogic idea that I would like to explore with you in this week. Such a physical approach can be an excellent training for dancers and especially for improvisers as we learn how to enrich our perception, how to specify our reactions and how to accept moments of emptiness and silence to manifest.“ Practising since the age of 14 Anastasia Stoyannides found her „home“ at the technique of Eva Ruchpaul, Hatha Yoga/Bien temperé, Paris/France.
