German is challenging the participants to accept who they are, acknowledge their limits and use movement as an extension of their imagination in order to explore their expressive capacities.
Technical tools related to gravity, impulses, suspensions as well as clearly framed improvisation will help to embody sensations and use movement as an act of communication while exploring different movement qualities and intentions. Participants will approach form as a way to embody sensations and to transmit them, rather than something that is imposed on them. The class will be an opportunity for a new challenge by using the playful and joyful aspect of dance.
