During this workshop participants will communicate with their own body, mind, thoughts and opinions whilst organising actions in space. Ideas, concepts and sources behind the movements, like trust, moving with necessity, instinct, self-protection, speed, fragility and tension, will be discussed. Different exercises will allow to discover where the individual limits are and how to go further. The workshop is directed to amateur dancers, circus performers and actors in good athletic condition, who are interested in dance as an artistic form of expression.
