Hatha Yoga o
Practising Hatha Yoga is about giving us the time to enjoy moments of awareness and stillness. The yogic posture, the asana, is inviting the meditating body to expand further together with the eternal breath.
The daily practice during this week will refine our physical performance while creating the space for inner exploration and reflection. Honouring our skills but also our limitations we will embrace a physical training that teaches us the joy of life.
Practising since the age of 14 Anastasia Stoyannides found her „yogic home“ in the technique of Eva Ruchpaul, Hatha Yoga/Bien temperé, Paris/France.
