Dancers rely on a high degree of flexibility and coordination, especially in the pelvic and hip area. This workshop explores the anatomy of the pelvis and ways to naturally improve hip mobility and en-dehors. Participants will practise how to use and strengthen the pelvic floor, back and abdominal muscles in dance. They learn how to make their feet more flexible, strong and coordinated to increase their balance and bounce and also develop a dynamic posture that enhances their dance technique. With this knowledge, they not only improve their dancing, but also prevent injuries and accelerate their learning process.

This workshop is learning by doing, based on the scientifically proven Franklin Method®, which is taught at the Juilliard School in New York and many other dance universities.
