PROGRAMME
Participants will learn repertoire from Jose’s solo creation HERO. The piece is inspired by the book The Hero’s Journey by Joseph Campbell and how to find the hero in each of us. We will work with the different stages of our journey: call to adventure, challenges, transformation and return. There will be elements of learning taught material as well as task-based exercises to create movement and narrative.
